Coronavirus Update – Rebooking Travel Insurance

In the event that you purchased a CSA Travel Protection/Generali Global Assistance insurance policy for tours with departure dates that fall between Jan. 29, 2020-May 31, 2020 you may be eligible for a travel insurance policy voucher provided that travel has not already taken place and a claim has not been filed against the policy. The voucher can be used for a new trip which is booked by the end of 2020. This does not mean that travel has to be done by end of 2020, only booked by end of this year. You may apply for your voucher by visiting: generalitravel.com/voucher

If you do not have a new trip in mind to tie a voucher to as of now (and it doesn’t fall within voucher date guidelines) you can still apply for an exception once new trip dates are known. In order to obtain an exception you may email exceptions@csatravelprotection.com
